Hafiz Dolmat is an active guitarist and educator. He earned a Master of Education in Music at the Royal College of Music (RCM), United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Composition, and a Diploma in (Modern Guitar) Performance from Mara Technological University, Malaysia.

He has been actively involved in the music industry as a guitarist under the record label ‘Luncai Emas,’ owned by Dato’ M. Nasir. This opportunity has given him invaluable exposure to working alongside highly experienced musicians. His journey as a session guitarist has broadened his expertise in music production, helping him become well-versed in the dynamics of studio recording, crafting high-quality musical arrangements, mastering various recording software, and fostering collaboration in band rehearsals.

Hafiz was also entrusted with the role of music director for live performances, where he had the privilege of leading talented artists from Malaysia’s renowned reality shows. These included Akim Ahmad, Adira Suhaimi, and Mila Jirin from Akademi Fantasia.

His aspiration is to create an inclusive and engaging environment where every learner feels inspired, supported and eager to participate in musical activities. He aims to provide mentorship that helps learners discover their unique musical identity. He firmly believe that all learners should feel included and view music lessons as a safe space for creative expression and collaboration. By encouraging social interaction through band rehearsals, composing and arranging music, and performing on stage, he seeks to establish a foundation for building learners’ self-confidence.
