The Conductor’s Circle is a comprehensive training program in the art & technique of conducting, led by our Director of Academic & Artistic Development, Kevin Field
Whether you choose to be a Participant or Observer, The Conductor’s Circle (TCC) is open to beginners, practitioners & hobbyists. Meeting eight times per term, attendees will study repertoire ranging from classical through to contemporary orchestral music.
With or without a baton, TCC is based on the Toscanini-Barzin method; it offer insights & advice for score study, rehearsal technique & orchestral psychology.
Course accompanists, ensembles & soloists are present across the year with selected students having the opportunity to work with designated BMA ensembles.
