Aniq Hazwan recently graduated from ASWARA (Akademi Seni Budaya & Warisan Kebangsaan) and holds a Diploma in Music (Bass Guitar Performance). As a freelance musician majoring in electric bass, Aniq possesses good communication and a lifelong love and commitment to music. The genre that Aniq mostly favours are rock, funk, and ballad music.

Discovering his passion for music during secondary school (when he encountered the music by Metallica and Michael Jackson) Aniq began to explore the guitar and presented his first guitar performance at a prom night, with the bass eventually winning over his curiosity. 

Aniq kick-started his career as a freelance musician on TV show and weddings, later expanding his career in teaching. He is currently an active session musician for local artists in Malaysia and has additional experience as a studio crew at Banglo9 Productions Sdn. Bhd. and a band crew for Yuna Room Records Sdn. Bhd.

Aniq won awards at the “WGI Malaysia 2017” with No Noise Percussion, Batteryheadz and Percussion Ensemble of National Symphony Orchestra Malaysia (PENSO) and the “Artiste Raising the Bar Battle of the Band Competition 2010” with Red Ruby Avengers.
