In 2024, Arjang Eftekhar Javadi earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Teaching (PGET) from the Asian College of Teachers.

Arjang Eftekhar Javadi is a seasoned musician and educator with a Bachelor of Music and Sound Engineering, boasting over 25 years of experience in teaching music. A versatile guitarist, Arjang excels in various styles including Spanish, rock, pop, jazz, blues, and classical. His musical expertise extends beyond guitar, encompassing piano, drums, ukulele, and cajon. Additionally, he is a proficient vocal instructor, band supervisor, and music producer, adept at teaching music production softwares such as Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio, Pro Tools and Reason.

Arjang’s musical journey began at the age of 10 when he started learning guitar and music theory. By 18, he expanded his studies to include music composition, solfeggio, piano, and drums. In 1999, he earned his bachelor’s degree in music and sound engineering and embarked on a career teaching music to both children and adults in various academies. His professional experience includes working as a music composer and sound engineer in multiple recording studios, where he has produced over 40 music tracks and supervised more than 30 concerts.

In the realm of education, Arjang has served as the head of music and a music teacher at Rocklin International School and MIS, where he continues to inspire and mentor young musicians.

Arjang is a dedicated music educator with a passion for designing and developing comprehensive music curricula that align with educational standards and goals. He meticulously structures content to cover essential areas such as music theory, history, and practical skills and proficient in directing and organizing musical ensembles such as choirs, bands, and orchestras. He selects appropriate repertoires based on skill level and event, and employs effective rehearsal techniques, including sectional and full ensemble rehearsals. His preparation for performances includes stage presence and concert etiquette, ensuring polished and confident presentations.

Arjang provides hands-on instruction catering to different skill levels. He emphasizes proper handling and care of instruments, along with teaching basic to advanced playing techniques. His practice routines include scales, simple pieces, and ensemble playing to develop students’ skills comprehensively.
