Elly Eng holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the esteemed National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) in Taipei, Taiwan. Under the guidance of Professor Wang Ying, Professor Andrei Yeh, and Professor Wei-Chih Lin, she honed her skills in piano performance and gained a deep understanding of music.

During her studies, Elly performed in numerous solo piano recitals and collaborated in various musical performances. Her Master thesis focused on analyzing and interpreting Chopin’s lesser-known early teenage piano works, specifically his Piano Rondos.

Beyond classical music, Elly’s loves for music goes for modern music, anime music, and contemporary pieces, which she enthusiastically shares with joy on her YouTube channel since 2020. She enjoys in creating piano arrangements for popular songs, delighting her YouTube audiences with diverse musical interpretations.

Impressively, Elly has won awards in several international competitions, including the Thailand-Bangkok International Piano Competition, Hong Kong International Music Festival, Malaysia MIA Young Musician Competition, and Euroasia Youth Music Festival.

Drawing from her experiences, Elly is now dedicating her music into music teaching. She is an experienced teacher who taught in Taiwan previously. She always look into creativity and adapting her music classes with Orff and Kodaly teaching methods. Her goal is to inspire a new generation of pianists and share her love for music with them.
